- Responsibilities included protecting Exchange assets.
- Managing crew of associates, receiving merchandise and placing orders for new items and sold-out items.
- Western Union money transfer was also under AAFES where my duties was to ensure it was run smoothly.
- Inspecting, verifying and making sure the truck was in order i.e. nothing was tampered with [ensuring the number of seals on the container matched the ones on the manifest and making sure there was no unauthorized attempt or access to the containers].
- After receiving the merchandise, I ensured that they went on the store shelves for customer access and the remaining ones were well stored in the warehouse awaiting stocking as the need arose.
