International educator and EAL leader whose career reflects a purposeful shift from grassroots peace building and community service in the complex, multicultural context of Israel/Palestine to social justice–oriented work in international education. After years of facilitating reconciliation, supporting marginalized communities, and working across deep cultural and political divides, pursued a later-career transition into education with a particular focus on English language learning and Special Education. This trajectory has shaped a values-driven approach to education, including the refinement of an equitable, evidence-based EAL program across elementary, middle, and high school at Rosslyn Academy.
