Multi-disciplinary professional and seasoned Evaluation Specialist with more than 10 years' MEL experience, mainly in Africa. Currently Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF, I have previously worked for UNDP as well as a range of national and international NGOs based in the UK and in the Comoros. My work experience includes designing and managing organizational monitoring and evaluation systems, leading and conducting data collection projects for research studies and evaluations (internal and external), managing and quality-assuring evaluation projects, stakeholder and partnership management, as well as delivering evaluation capacity development projects in various forms. My areas of interest include working with children, young people, and rural communities (SHRH, Child Protection, Parenting, Agriculture, Local Development), as well as psycho-social issues related to health.
