Providing consultancy on Value Added Services on mobile technology services i.e. 2 way SMS via Shortcodes, USSD technology, Bulk messages, Payment solutions and Voice services in Mobile Network Operators across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique and Democratic Republic of Congo. Also on setting up Sports Betting Gaming and Lottery business in those regions.

Defining quality metrics and advising on working for quality in regards to quality metrics.

Troubleshooting and support of LAN network, back-up and processing data using Pastel Softline Software, software + Windows solution (Win 2003 Server, Win XP Pro+ HE, Win NT, Win 2000), hardware troubleshooting and maintenance of both Personal and Macintosh Computers + Printers (Laserjets, Deskjets, Inkjet Printers etc.), Operation of LINUX O/S.
