- Configure and maintain the organizations internal computer network
- Networking and system administration and trouble shooting
- Identify, troubleshoot, solve and document network connectivity and performance issues
- Install, configure and maintain network hardware
- Setting up new users at their work stations
- Software activation and installing maintaining and upgrading
- Provide Technical support across the company
- Ensure that the computer, Operating Systems and software stay up to date
- Handling the call Centre system (vicidial.3cx, five 9, smart collect)
- Mange ICT inventory
- Supervisory role ensuring all employees adhere to the rules put in place
- Liaise with top-level management in carrying out risk and control management
- Carry out operational role of acquiring tenders from new clients
- Manage the financial systems: QuickBooks, B2C MPESA….
