Accomplishments

Key Achievements • I provided advisory to global colleagues on a digital data ecosystem aiming at ensuring remote data collection and automated data analysis and reporting. • I coordinated and carried out a consensus building research activities with expert panellists on school leadership in Africa. • I facilitated workshops and designed training concept note and facilitation plan on Monitoring and Evaluation for VVOB operational partners and internal team. • I developed the concept note of the needs assessment study for the Learning through Assessment and Data (LEAD) programme. • I contracted and supervised 10 enumerators that conducted the needs assessment data collection in May 2022. • I coordinated and implemented the monitoring and learning strategy for the Rwandan Adolescents & Teachers Through the Curriculum & Clubs Heading (SCRATC2H) for Rwanda 2050 project within the proposed timeline.


Key Achievements • In collaboration with international consultants, I coordinated and disseminated an effectiveness study of two e-learning modalities for school leader professional development on effective school leadership in Rwanda; using a randomized control trial design; within the agreed timeline. • I conducted and reported on a needs assessment on Supporting Coding Among Rwandan Adolescents & Teachers Through the Curriculum & Clubs Heading (SCRATC2H) for Rwanda 2050, within the agreed timeline and proposed budget. • I supported the development of the theory of change of the Learning through Assessment and Data (LEAD) programme. • I contributed to the reporting on different donor funded programmes’ indicator.


Key Achievements • Data analysis, conducting key informant interviews with institutions such as BNR, RRA, and NISR and forecasting using econometrics and updating indicators Development of business cycle indicators (leading and coincident) for the Rwandan economy: step 1- indicators for the construction sector’. • Secondary cities masterplan update: socio-economic and demographic study: Design of data collection tools/ questionnaires for the household survey, design a CAPI template of the tool, data collection management of 3,503 households and 606 businesses were surveyed across the six Page 3 secondary cities districts, data cleaning, data analysis and presentation of findings to secondary cities and to the client. • Update of the city of Kigali masterplan: socio-economic and demographic study: Design of data collection tools/ questionnaires for the household survey, design a CAPI template of the tool, supervising enumerators during the survey and data cleaning. • Agriculture and rural finance yearbook 2017-2019; data analysis and book drafting.
