I am a people, service, and structure individual currently working in the front office – working for Padel Kenya – Westlands, where I perform daily reception, client support, bookings, and admin coordination within a high-energy sports environment.
I thrive in front-line roles where energy, attention to detail, and a calm approach make a real difference.
I’m also pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Institutional Management, which complements my work and fuels my long-term vision of building a career in hospitality leadership.
My background includes experience in stores and procurement at a five-star resort, complemented by my current front office role at a busy sports club — together giving me a well-rounded operational perspective and a grounded understanding of both back-end systems and front-line service. It’s been a valuable way to see how processes flow from procurement to delivery, and ultimately to the client.
My long-term goal is to grow in the hospitality field and eventually take on leadership roles where I can make an even bigger impact
