During my (4) years' experience in the Firm, I was involved in many cases including high value and stake cases including:

• Representation of IEBC in the 2022 Presidential election petition and various other election related petitions.
• Representation one of the East African countries in arbitration proceedings in London under the ICSID Convention with the value of the dispute exceeding 70 Million USD.
• Representation of a client in a series of arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague.
• Representation of a state corporation in a tax dispute at the Tax Appeal's Tribunal where the Tribunal set aside a tax demand of Kshs. 1.3 billion.
• Public procurement through advising clients and representing them in proceedings at the Public Procurement Administration and Review Board (PPARB), the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
• Part of various teams conducting training, legal audits and Corporate Governance Audits on various corporate clients.
