I am a graduate, holder of International Business Management course, which I attained at the Kenya College of Accountancy University (KCA) and I have extensive knowledge in the field of sales and marketing in addition to administrative services. I am flexible, reliable and possess excellent sales and marketing skills. I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person.
Career Objective
Aiming to use already acquired experience to offer quality services across the board and be ready to learn and acquire new skills to enhance my knowledge and experience for the success of the organization.
· Evaluating and studying the position of the identified prospects in the industry
· Responding to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
· Processing orders and ensure they are fulfilled
· Handling customer complaints and concerns
· Logging all contacts in our customer database system accurately
· Providing proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships
· Opening and recording data for new clients.
