Volunteer Mentor
 Provide mentorship to primary school pupils within Murang’a County
 Develop plans and projects to bring about positive change in the education sector in

President of the General Assembly (Kenyatta University Law School Chapter)

 Organize thematic debates for weekly meetings in preparation for the Kenya Model United

procedures and requirements needed leading to the grant of a license and an Export
Processing Zone (EPZ) status
 Proving guidance to the Portfolio Management Department by conducting in-depth research
and analysis of real estate laws, trends, and markets in the region (East Africa) to assist in
new acquisitions
 Advising banks and private companies on transitions within the organizations and
restructuring them as they move into new management and leadership
 Advising the Nakuru County Government on contractual issues, property acquisition and
disposal to ensure successful, speedy, and efficient disposal of county assets at prevailing
market rates
 Offering consultancy by reviewing and drafting legal documents for a client against Nyayo
Tea Zones in a land dispute resulting to the securing of vacant possession for our client and
preventing loss of his land by way of adverse possession
 Overseeing the application of a mining license for a client by offering advisory on the
procedures and requirements needed leading to the grant of a license and an Export
Processing Zone (EPZ) status
 Reviewing and issuing a professional undertaking to a corporate entity for the purchase of
several parcels of land within Nairobi County which expedited the land transaction
 Advising Citi Bank on emerging legal and policy issues to align their business operations
with both the existing and new legislation and the impact of the said legislation and policy to
their operations and the organization as corporate entity
 Advising Citi Bank on corporate governance issues and the development and the
implementation of Business Continuity programs by reviewing and analyzing their
documentation pertaining to the Customer Relationship Management Strategy (CRMS)
