I am an innovation researcher passionate about inclusive development. I leverage over seven years as an established social scientist who applies pragmatic human centered approaches in demystifying ill defined societal challenges. As a researcher and development strategist I commit to exceeding my clients expectations and working within the defined timelines to deliver adept and quality results. I have excellent talent in managing complex project dynamics and problem solving, exhibiting excellent ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. With my servant leader and collaborative approach I engage productively and in a friendly manner with colleagues to manage quality, key milestones and deliverables. I am diligent, forward thinking, adaptable to dynamic company, customer and project needs.
Gave a lecture on Human-centered design in digital development.
Funded by the DAAD and NRF in South Africa. The study also contributed to the objectives of the Gender Mainstreaming for Energy Security project under the SARChI Trilateral Research.
