  • The technician self stamping platform led to high productivity during technicians normal working hours hence leading to abolishment of overtime shift that saw Isuzu East Africa cut down service workshop's operational costs by 40% as of August 2021.
  • Isuzu East Africa Limited's lead person for digitization that commenced in May 2022 leading the company close to a paperless office by December 2023. Currently, the company's printing costs has dropped by 50% from a monthly cost of KES 800,000 to an average of KES 360,000 as of December 2022
