  • Raised academic standards at Kericho Boys Boarding school from a KCPE mean score of 314.24 upon my taking over headship in 2010 to a mean score of 375.78 in 2015.
  • Achieved a mean score of 386.58 in KCPE 2022 and ranked second nationally among public primary schools in Kenya through effectively helping with staff mobilization and use of administrative strategic approaches.
  • Received Award of Excellence from the Teachers Service Commission for being position 4 nationally in KCPE 2020 having attained a mean score of 387.10 .
