Supporting the program team in organizing trainings and meetings, and ensuring the team is well prepared for the trainings and meetings;
Handling Ford Foundation, Aga Khan Univeristy-(WLA) and USAID projects in ensuring communication in those projects are efficient and up to date

Assisting in the preparation of Program work plans and tracking performance against all plans
Ensuring field stationery is in place
