• Participate in overall M&E operations for major projects including; Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation Education and Training grant, Roche Shinning Tower Education and Community Outreach grants, Takeda Blue Print for Innovative Access to Healthcare grant for Meru and Makueni counties
• Prepare various monitoring and evaluation matrices and tools for Oncology Care and training Programs in several counties in Kenya.
• Conduct monitoring of all programs on a monthly basis and present weekly reports as well to program managers and the Institute’s director.
• Perform quarterly supervision visits for Quality Assurance of programs through periodic RDQA and DQA.
• Support program teams to prepare for external DQA by various donors, a case in point was an improvement from a score of 38/45 'acceptable score' in data quality to a score of 44/45 'excellent score' in a Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation Education and Training Grant
• Represent the programs in multi country M&E meetings for purposes of program planning and reporting.
• Work with teams in preparation of manuals and SOPs for ease of workflow and process execution. Such include M&E manuals, data management plans, research plans
• Capacity building for staff and partner counties on Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning. this includes training on electronic data collection platforms to promote effective and efficient data collection systems
• Track project performance and give regular feedback to the project team.
• Participate in the preparation of quarterly, bi annual and annual project work plans, budgets and performance targets for the project and report against these targets.
• Develop internal requirements which comply with standards to minimize regulatory risks and liability across program. This includes development of the organization's risk management plan

· Provided leadership in overall M&E operations for programs including AMPATH Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program funded by Eli Lilly, Burkitts and Lymphoma Program funded by Takeda, Multiple Myeloma funded by Celgene (recently acquired by Bristol Myers Squibb), Preceptorship funded by Takeda and the Multinational Lung Cancer Control Program funded by Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation.

· Prepared various monitoring and evaluation matrices and tools for several Hematology and Oncology Programs in several counties in Kenya

· Utilized the tools prepared to monitor all programs on a monthly basis and present weekly reports as well to program managers and the Division director

· Performed periodic supervision visits for Quality Assurance of programs through periodic RDQA and DQA

· Represented the programs in multi country M&E meetings for purposes of reporting and planning

· In consultation with the finance team, provided timely financial M&E data to guide overall performance and management of the budget

· Established and supported the implementation of Community Engagement and Accountability framework and approaches including complaints and feedback mechanisms.

Participated in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement and evaluate strategic management plans using participatory community methods

• Coordinated research activities of the Maternal and Newborn Health registry, a prospective population based study, within 16 clusters in Western Kenya (Busia, Bungoma and Kakamega)
• Provided supervision to staff working in those clusters to ensure quality of data collected Handle any logistical and personnel issues that involves the project Offer technical support to the staff in the field in data collection, data quality and follow up on indicators for reporting, addressing gaps and discussing recommendations for improvement.

• Provided overall leadership to the Malaria Prevention Project at the regional level (North Rift) including project planning, budgeting and oversight during implementation.

• Interpreted malaria prevention proposal, internalized, and developed tools to monitor progress including work plan, M&E plan and site specific - budgets
• Adjusted project plans to account for dynamic targets, staffing changes and operational specifications.
• Coordinated with other World Vision Kenya offices and projects in the North Rift region in implementation of Malaria prevention project activities, identifying areas of improvement and addressing any arising issues during implementation within the 6 - month grant period.
• Coordinated with the Ministry of Health and other partners to develop the list of beneficiaries in 4 districts (currently sub counties in West Pokot and Turkana counties) for Long Lasting Insecticide treated Nets (LLIN).
• Ensured successful distribution of over 100,000 LLIN in North, Central, West Pokot and Loima districts.
