  • Participate in overall M&E operations for major projects including; Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation Education and Training grant, Roche Shinning Tower Education and Community Outreach grants, Takeda Blue Print for Innovative Access to Healthcare grant for Meru and Makueni counties
  • Prepare various monitoring and evaluation matrices and tools for Oncology Care and training Programs in several counties in Kenya.
  • Conduct monitoring of all programs on a monthly basis and present weekly reports as well to program managers and the Institute’s director.
  • Perform quarterly supervision visits for Quality Assurance of programs through periodic RDQA and DQA.
  • Support program teams to prepare for external DQA by various donors, a case in point was an improvement from a score of 38/45 'acceptable score' in data quality to a score of 44/45 'excellent score' in a Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation Education and Training Grant
  • Represent the programs in multi country M&E meetings for purposes of program planning and reporting.
  • Work with teams in preparation of manuals and SOPs for ease of workflow and process execution. Such include M&E manuals, data management plans, research plans
