Responsibilities :

• Designing-Engaging in the design process to create unique products for the market.
• Production Management- From acquiring funding and other production resources to final production process.
• Product Quality control and management-Ensuring that we keep to the highest standards of production and manage deviations before the products get to market.
• Marketing products-Organizing photo-shoots to create visuals for the products and social media campaigns to create awareness of the products to potential clients.
• Delivery of products and customer care-Managing the delivery process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ARI Fashion deals with branding corporate apparel.

Responsibilities :

• Business Development -Looking for opportunities by seeking out companies that need help with apparel branding and presenting our ability to help them meet that need.
• Communication-Managing information flow from the clients and within the production process to ensure that we are able to produce quality products that perfectly fulfill the branding needs of the client.
• Project Management-Handling different projects concurrently by ensuring all resources are wisely allocated and timelines are met therefore maintaining smooth business operation and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management- This includes looking for funding, allocating the funds to the respective areas of business, preparing financial records for the company and also business documents for specific projects like quotations, statements and invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting Sales-Hit and surpassed the 3Million target and brought in 5.5Million in the month of Dec 2010.
• Protecting the Bank from Risk by getting to know and proficiently assessing potential customers.
• Customer Care to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generating Feedback to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership-Expanded the team of volunteers from 30 to 109 and effectively managed them.
• Training- Implemented training courses to empower the volunteers and to increase motivation and commitment.
• Strategy-Implemented strategies to recruit, retain and motivate the volunteers.
