  • As acting Area Business Development Manager for NSW, I successfully collaborated with our distributor and cross-functional team to deliver 105% of our Net Sales Value (NSV) target by the end of H1 F24. A key factor was achieving 100% management of overdue accounts.   • Played a key role in a cross-functional team (CFT) that planned and executed Kenya's largest annual event, OKTOBAFEST, attracting over 60,000 attendees. The festival offered consumers an immersive experience with our dynamic brands, deepening their brand knowledge and fostering a meaningful connection with our culture and values.
  • Developed an innovative Joint Up Customer Plan (JUCP) designed to boost market share for both beer and spirits.
