BRIGADIER ISAAC N MUCHENDU (RTD, KA)

• This is a Secretariat created by member states for the purpose of managing the Eastern African Standby Force (EASF) and to point out conflicts developing in the region
• Advised the civilian director on all matters of the military
• Updated the director’s diary
• Set the stage during the member states military meeting
• Attended regional military meetings and any other duty assigned by the director.
