Title : Reduction of poverty |USAID $23400|0CT2023- CURRENT

The project aim at reducing poverty rate  through agribusiness , conservation of environment , counseling , mentoring ,capacity building on digital economy and circular economy to women adolescent girls , unemployed youths  and young mothers.

                                    Key Responsibilities

  • Implemented community workshops on circular economy by utilization of plants and remains to make bio fertilizers , biochar reaching over 200 farmers
  • I lead the team in providing mentorship workshops for 100 girls leaders, concentrating on sexual health, career guidance and self-awareness, providing modules to be utilized in schools
  • Parted with Center for Health Solution ( CHS) to distribute 100 sanitary towels to 100 girls in local schools
  • Collaborated with Digital Ajira to equip 60 women with digital economy skills

2  Reduction of food insecurity Among Students In Busia County Through Rainwater Harvesting 

 Emzingo, in conjunction with Wyss Academy and Goodwall, is facilitating the initiative, and as a result, 200 children from Busia County can now afford nutritional meals at school.

Reduction of poverty through agribusiness in Barding Sublocation Siaya County .Kenya We aim to reduce poverty via agriculture by using various tactics. It includes startup training classes that provide participants with the skills required to create and run profitable operations in soy growing and chicken keeping.   • This model depicts where significant effort should be placed in order for society to accomplish a decrease in climate change in a variety of development areas. 3) Designed Mobile water Tank  .

  • A mobile water tank is a container equipped with a tap for irrigation pressure regulation. It has a capacity of 200 liters of water and can be pushed for 2 kilometers. At the moment, it is being utilized to irrigate a quarter-acre school garden at Sikoma Secondary School, where vegetables have been cultivated to provide sustenance for 200 students.
