• Provide additional support, throughout the school day, academically and psychologically to students with learning and behavioural difficulties.
• Conduct observation to assess students performance and progress and design materials and modules to assist with learning among students with learning difficulties.
• Provide compassionate support through effective communication and attentive listening to aid pupil wellbeing and comfort.
• Help learners to be prepared and organized for class, and encourage independence and independent problem-solving throughout lessons.
• Provide regular reports to teachers, parents and learning support team as well as liaise with other specialists who are working with the student.

• Improve students' communication skills, especially orally, and to deepen their knowledge of the Kenyan civilization and culture
• Introduce and participate in the implementation of educational projects
• Adapted teaching styles and resources to suit student age and ability.
• Organize a language club
• Contribute to authentic recordings intended to enrich the audiovisual collections of school
• Participate in the implementation of an exchange project between the school and a school in Kenya

• Improve the students' English communication skills, especially orally.
• Work with teachers at the host schools to provide pedagogical support.
• Facilitate the study of culture and aim to interest students and teachers in the English

language and culture of Kenya and the Anglophone world.

• Organizing of various activities including excursions, exchanges, exhibitions, theatre,

coordinating a pen pal program, setting up a club, creating educational resources.

• Contribute to authentic recordings intended to enrich the audiovisual collections of schools

• Main link between the KSI administrators and the KSI language and culture learners
• Ensure the all facilities of the institution both in class and in the offices are well managed
• Attend to new students and those interested in the institute's activities
• Compile and record all the students' lists, class attendance registers and exam records and send them to the relevant persons
• Facilitate and organize lessons, events and Korean cultural activities
• Help and follow up on administrative processes involving the King Sejong Institute and the Kenyatta University administration.
