• Worked as a home-based care nurse and my role was to provide patient care and treatment in the comfort of their home

• Nursing Intern, during this time, I worked in all departments in hospital including Medical/surgical, Newborn Unit, labour and delivery, theatre, maternity and mental health unit

• During this period, I worked as a home-based nurse and also worked as a locum nurse at Bristol Park, this entailed covering shortage of staff when hospital is busy

• Staff Nurse /PMTCT Nurse/IPC Nurse My Role as a PMTC Nurse is helping HIV positive mothers to prevent mother to child transmission of HIV by Ensuring proper adherence to medication
• Educating mother and all reproductive age women to do a Cervical cancer screening at least every year
• My Role as infection prevention control nurse is to ensure that both staff and patients maintain highest level of hygiene in order to eliminate and or minimize acquiring infection when in hospital
• My role as staff nurse includes but is not limited to Coordinated discharge planning with case managers to ensure seamless transitions of care from hospital to home or other facilities.
• Educated patients on self-care management, empowering them to take an active role in their overall health and wellbeing.
• Assisted physicians with diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate results for optimal treatment planning.

My role as a QPS Lead (Quality and Patient Safety)was to ensure that client receive the best service and of high quality to enable quick recovery and minimize hospital stay

• Ensure and counter check that all medication and procedure are done on the right patient to avoid sentinel events
