  • Resolved long outstanding issues on Fixed Asset Depreciation calculation. The process calculated wrong figures that had to be corrected by passing journals every year-end. Through collaboration with Oracle Support, the 2009 and 2010 corrupted data were successfully reversed resulting in clean depreciation runs in the subsequent year-end processes.

Accomplishments

  • Configured and delivered to the Organization a simplified performance review function on Oracle HCM cloud. The solution combined performance, career development review with an overall rating score that integrated into the compensation workbench for calculation of Bonus, Salary Review and share grants.
