My Educational Philosophy I am a believer in affirmative action in education. A learner must be central to the learning process with the teacher playing a facilitator’s role. The teacher should be dynamic in approach and open to new knowledge about the learning process, in a way that teaching meets each learner’s educational needs. I am a firm believer in continuous assessment and that such assessment feedback should inform teaching and learning. The school is a community where diversity creates strength, and sharing of professional knowledge is paramount for success of a teacher.
