Benard Ndep Etta is a leadership guru, a prolific author of sixty plus books on diverse subject of strategic importance. He has served humanity as a human resource developer and visionary for more than two decades across Africa and the United States of America.

Organized the first Global Leadership Conference in Yaounde, Cameroon in 2010 with participants from the world's five major continents. A frequent keynote speaker in Conferences across the United States of America.

His 60 plus written and published books are inspiring people globally. In 2013, He was presented with the Black Essence Award at the Century Center in South Bend, Indiana, USA, by the Black Essence Foundation, USA, for his diverse impact and contributions to humanity.

He is the CEO of Nation Builders International, a human resource nonprofit organization based in Cameroon, and Global Faith Coalition Chief Visionary.

In 2013, a leading Cameroon Newspaper (Cameroon Post) nominated him as the 3rd most influential Anglophone Cameroonian for his positive impact on society. He has vast experience and exposure in leadership development and he is using his knowledge and skills to serve humanity and ultimately serving God.
