• Project Management, Grants Making and Strategy: Managed Transform Health’s national coalitions in Indonesia, Kenya, Ecuador, India ,Mexico and Senegal including development and delivery of national coalition strategies;as well as managing cross partner learning and capacity building.
• Policy Advocacy : Contributed to delivery of Transform Health’s policy and advocacy strategy, and managing advocacy on health data governance including engagement with coalition partners around key strategic advocacy moments and other policy processes.
• Campaign Management: Oversaw campaign activities and engagement with 28 partners in six countries across East and West Africa (Benin, Ivory Coast, Senegal,Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania) to pilot the My Data Our Health campaign, track progress and ensure maximum impact amongst campaign audiences.
• Technical Support, Training and Knowledge Management: Provided tailored support as well as facilitated cross learning and knowledge sharing processes for 28 CBOs implementing the My Data Our Health campaign and 6 national coalitions advocating for digital transformation of healthcare systems.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Led monitoring, evaluation and learning efforts to track progress against Transform Health's campaign and advocacy objectives and national coalition strategies and plans.
• Fundraising, Financial Forecasting and Management: Contributed to Transform Health's business development efforts through identifying potential donors and drafting proposals and managed an annual budget of approximately 1.5 million USD for Transform Health's national coalitions and campaign including financial forecasting and reporting.

Key Achievements

• Led development of a post-pilot phase campaign strategy to upscale the My Data Our Health campaign in Transform Health national coalitions (Indonesia, Kenya, Ecuador, India ,Mexico and Senegal).
• Delivered a guest lecture (virtual) on digital health investment and health data governance at Austral University for Module 3 of the International Diploma in Parliamentary Diplomacy.
• Developed a tool kit to guide Parliamentarians' engagement on Digital Health for Universal Health Coverage in partnership with UNITE.
• Coordinated development of AR Instagram and TikTok filters to amplify the My Data Our Health campaign's engagement on health data governance.
• Facilitated delivery of a high-level campaign-focused event at the Africa Health Agenda International Conference (AHAIC 2023).
• Managed the integration of the My Data Our Health campaign in six national coalitions post pilot phase.

• Strategic Partnerships and Communications: Created, identified and leveraged opportunities to use the YIELD Hub's collective action learning cycles and knowledge, in order to influence positive change at different levels, within and across stakeholders in the AYSRHR ecosystem via online and in-person events and advance the Hub's mandate on youth partnership.
• Knowledge Management and Thought Leadership: Led the YIELD Hub’s knowledge and learning platforms and functionalities and supported the customization of existing network spaces such as the ICFP 2022 and Women Deliver 2023 Conferences.
• Content & Strategy Development: Developed written, visual and audio content for the YIELD Hub's diverse stakeholder audiences through digital channels, such as its social media channels, podcast, the website and newsletter.
• Leadership: Supervised consultants such as graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals for marketing materials and visual products for the Hub such as the Annual Report and Collective Action Learning Tool kit.

• Led the design, planning and execution of engagements and events at ICFP 2022, Women Deliver 2023 and the Global Forum for Adolescents 2023.

• Communications Strategy Development: Development and implementation of a digital communications strategy to raise visibility of Y-ACT's digital advocacy campaigns.
• Content Development: Developed creative content to promote visibility, engagement for Y-ACT’s advocacy campaigns and other key events suited to its audience (youth, policymakers and CSO partners).
• Website Management: Aligning the revamped Y-ACT's Website content with its social media content, uploading frequent news updates while ensuring consistent style, branding, messaging and clarity of thought across all webpages.
• Social media management: Developing consistent, fun-filled, engaging, relatable and youth-focused content for Y-ACT's social media platforms to increase audience reach and drive user engagement. Compilation of monthly reports on metrics for all social media platforms.
• Leadership: Coordinated the communications team and its activities including managing external consultants such as graphic designers and website developers.
• Advocacy and Campaigns: Contributed to the coordination of advocacy campaigns both at the national and sub-national level (Sauti Sasa, Champions Kwa Ground & Generation Equality).
• Knowledge Management: Proactively developed and implemented a knowledge management strategy and knowledge dissemination plan the Y-ACT Project including the implementation of an up-to-date and easily accessible front and back-end dashboard (database) for the project's Organizational Development & Systems Strengthening pillar.
• Strategic Regional and Global Partnerships: Currently represent Y-ACT at the Global Self-Care Trailblazer Group. Fostered a partnership between Y-ACT and Youth Experts: Tech 4 Health that resulted in commitments made during Digital Health Week 2021 to advance digital health advocacy best practices among 60 youth-led organizations in Kenya over a period of two years.
• Media Relations: Proactively led and supported the development of high quality press releases, Op-Eds and blogs for Y-ACT's online platforms.
  

Key Achievements

• Co-led proposal development that resulted in CIFF Africa awarding the Y-ACT project a $180,000 grant to implement the Generation Equality Campaign.
• Supported Content Development for the first-ever AMREF Global Youth and Adolescent Strategy.
• Contributed to the production of "KUTU", the first film in Sub-Saharan Africa to highlight teenage pregnancies in its raw form under the Sauti Sasa campaign and coordinated the film's premiere event.
• Increased Y-ACT's audience on its social media platforms ( Twitter- 200%, Facebook -100% & Instagram - 700%)
• Led virtual engagement of Y-ACT membership of 3,800 youth advocates through monthly newsletters, surveys, opportunities and digital campaigns.
