Through the "Tubonge Uwazi na Kaka" initiative, a program I'm actively involved in, I'm delivering knowledge-based ASRHR education to 30 in-school adolescent boys aged 11-17. This year-long engagement focuses on empowering young males with crucial sexual and reproductive health information. I am responsible for facilitating these educational sessions and providing quarterly progress reports to the Project Manager, contributing to the program's overall impact assessment.

I have actively contributed to various carbon projects in Kenya, primarily focusing on data collection and analysis. My project involvement includes conducting Usage Monitoring Surveys across multiple VPAs (Program of Activities). Responsibilities are to collect and analyze data using quality check tools and adhering to outlined methodologies. I plan logistics, engage with households, and assess field conditions, while meticulously documenting and reporting findings for quality assurance. Furthermore, I have coordinated audit processes of voluntary carbon projects by carbon VVBs, achieving a 90% success rate.

I drove stove sales via mass and home delivery, also collecting Carbon Project data and submitting daily reports. I engaged community groups through Chama sessions, educating them on Carbon subsidized Cookstoves, and participated in market activations. Conducting sales activations, I maintained deep product knowledge and followed strict registration methodolgies. Timeliness and expense accountability were key, alongside attending trainings. I managed stock, kept sales records with follow-ups, and handled additional tasks as directed by BURN personnel.

Participated actively in regular meetings with fellow researchers to discuss project updates, challenges faced, and lessons learned during ongoing activities. Organized research materials, maintaining a well-ordered workspace conducive to productivity.

As a Communications Officer, I maintained a media contact database and managed social media pages. I regularly met and interviewed various personnel. I created internal newsletters on organization milestones and fostered relationships with journalists across various outlets. Serving as a spokesperson, I wrote, edited, and distributed website content, press releases, and marketing materials. I also prepared and managed the communication budget, handled external inquiries, assisted in promotional events, and drafted press releases.

Maintained a high level of accuracy in Universal Health documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the lifecycle of the project. Enhanced team communication by organizing and maintaining accurate documentation of meeting notes, action items, and followups completed multiple tasks simultaneously to optimize project completion.

I managed daily program operations throughout its lifecycle. I led recruitment efforts and planned/monitored SRHR and Mental Health activities. I also managed the program budget assigned by the Program Officer and coordinated projects via program assistants, demonstrating leadership. Furthermore, I oversaw resource utilization and established strategic partnerships with local SRHR organizations, boosting the chapter's community visibility.

I organized peer education, Reproductive Health and Rights outreaches, and general counseling programs. I collaborated with university departments on project planning and execution. Additionally, I organized member training and capacity building, reporting outcomes to the university. I also liaised with the administration on club development and marketed the university to external partners, expanding the mandate of the directorate to counter the cases of GBV, HIV/AIDS and mental health issues.
