Currently looking after seven sites but nine shifts in all as the Duty Manager on Southeastern Railway. I take great delight in my personal achievement to date, and I ensure the client satisfaction, Health, Safety, Welfare, and employee engagement is a priority through all levels of my teams. My operational experience is complimented by industry specific training which has created an all-round industry specialist.
