Summary

With various roles within projects and operations in the transport sector (Rail), I pride myself on reliability, continuity, honesty, and operational excellence. Currently looking after seven sites but nine shifts in all as the Duty Manager on Southeastern Railway. I take great delight in my personal achievement to date, and I ensure the client satisfaction, Health, Safety, Welfare, and employee engagement is a priority through all levels of my teams. My operational experience is complimented by industry specific training which has created an all-round industry specialist.

I have a wealth of management experience of operational management with solid career progression to date, I truly believe in leading from the front and setting high personal standards driving behavior within my teams. Having this approach provides assurance to both employees and clients that I have the capability, drive, and passion to make the difficult decisions, motivate all levels of employees and drive performance across all work streams.
