To effectively utilize my social, development knowledge and experience to improve the quality of life of a Christian and enhance spirituality among Christians To stretch my abilities to develop a Christian who carries out discipleship ministry by establishing discipleship classes. To work in a participatory manner and in team work that is geared toward challenging and competitive organization in achieving its goals on time and within budgets as well as expanding my specialized skills. To develop a Christian who promotes mission and evangelistic outreach for social transformation. To develop Christians committed to giving his/her resources for ministry. To develop the person of a clergy, by strengthening clergy within the family, enhancing good grooming of a clergy, ensure good health for the clergy and his/her family, enhance strategies of personal and professional development of the clergy and the spouse and enhance strategies of investment and retirement among clergy. To enhance transformative ministry of a clergy in the diocese by sharpening the preaching, teaching and leading of worship skills of clergy, strengthening the clergy spirituality, strengthening the management and administrative skills of the clergy.
