Developed in vitro experiment in gas production (fermentation) at Animal Science laboratory (Egerton University) using two methods: incubation in water bath with syringes for feed degradation and, using ANKOM Equipment in 2025.

Proximate Analysis of different feed ingredients, Kjeldahl method for Crude protein content estimation.

Sampling total gas in a vials for gas proportion analysis (Carbon dioxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide and Ammonia) using PICARRO equipment at University of Nairobi-Kenya.
