  • I oversee the Monitoring and Evaluation, Learning and Reporting of ODPs of programmes and projects;Facilitate uploading and updating of information on programmes and projects in electronic National Monitoring and Evaluation System and Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU); Spearhead impact assessment of Ministry Department and Agencies programmes and projects; and coordinate prefeasibility and feasibility studies; Oversee implementation and reporting on Public Investment Management (PIM) guidelines in the Office of the Deputy President;
