During my recent internships at the National Government Affirmative Action Fund and Diamond Trust Bank, I gained hands-on experience in real-world financial operations. I supported budgeting, reconciled invoices, performed accurate monthly bank reconciliations, prepared payment vouchers, securely stored documents, and assisted with collecting audit evidence. These experiences sharpened my analytical skills and Excel proficiency, while also strengthening my ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. One of my key achievements was working efficiently in a team. Another was providing timely assistance to many customers daily, which improved customer satisfaction and helped me enhance my communication skills.
I have also completed a computer-related course, the International Computer Driving License, earning certificates at all levels. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the Certified Public Accountant professional course. I am dedicated to continuous professional growth and ethical financial practices. I bring a spirit of curiosity, a love for problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and integrity. Whether I am analyzing accounting variances or learning new financial systems, I approach each task with diligence and a learner’s mindset.
I am an eager learner who is ready to be taught and highly adaptable to your organization's norms and culture. I learn quickly and thoroughly follow the provided basics and guidelines. I can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I am confident that my university has equipped me with the necessary skills in my field.
