• Identify and deploy appropriate resource levels, technical skill sets, and systems to install, test, calibrate and commission KOKO Points in neighborhood shops and other network hardware. Ensure planning and adherence to all installation, calibration, and maintenance schedules and activities against set metrics
• Ensure all deployed network hardware conforms to the respective quality and regulatory requirements
• Plan and coordinate respective maintenance activities in the field including analyzing equipment needs, and reliability issues and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze and investigate reported quality and maintenance issues from the network while interfacing with relevant support functions to ensure closure in accordance with design, engineering, company guidelines, and external regulatory requirements
• Drive improvement to the latest calibration and maintenance methods, ensuring accuracy, and throughput in a rapid-growth environment
• Monitor departmental inventory and interface with stores and procurement to place orders when necessary combined with a strategy to manage usage/expenditure
• Ensure the development and retention of a high-performing team to meet the current and evolving needs of the business through the effective selection, training, coaching/mentoring, and performance management. Act as the contact point for all Network Operations activities in Mombasa back to the central office
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional conduct and engagements. Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures

• Ensure planning and adherence to all calibration schedules and activities against set metrics.
• Develop and implement standardized metrics that guide actions and promote continuous

improvement.

• Drive improvement to latest calibration methods, ensuring accuracy, and throughput in a

rapid growth environment.

• Ensure the development and retention of a high performing team to meet the current and

evolving needs of the business through effective selection, training, coaching/mentoring,

and performance management.

• Manage workload to achieve production schedules and ensure completion within the target timeframe
• Develop calibration certificates as part of the quality assurance process.

• Adjust KOKO point metering devices to ensure the volume of fuel dispensed and volume indicated by the meter are within tolerances set by the Kenya Department of Weights & Measures
• Inspect and calibrate all equipment with help of electronic and pressure measurement tools and ensure accuracy
• Maintain tools and equipment in line with established standards
• Document calibration process and data and prepare progress reports
• Approve products and accessories that meet tolerances and product specifications
• Manage workload to achieve production schedules and ensure completion within the target timeframe
• Develop calibration certificates as part of the quality assurance process
• Ensure work areas are safe and well organize
