As the minister in charge of the student's 7th-12th grade I have,

• Initiated discipleship training
• Established ministry teams made up of majority students
• Planned and executed student events
• Served as a resource for parents
• Recruited and trained volunteers
• Mentored and counseled both students and parents
• Established relationships with schools and attended student's school events

The internship involved working in student ministry, served in the Kid Ministry, shadowing the pastor for two months getting hands-on pastoral care experience and I had the opportunity to teach a church-wide discipleship class. During summer I helped organize, plan, and execute youth camp, and other Summer student activities.

Started as an intern and worked my way up to hosting a 3-hour Christian youth-oriented music and talk show every Sunday night as well as producing six other weekend shows.

Hosted two youth-oriented music and talk TV shows that aired on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
