- Automation of Rebates and Discounts: Automated posting of credit notes based on predefined criteria, whereby system automatically posts a credit note to customer account without need for accounts intervention who can still do confirmation, enhancing customer trust and system reliability whereby it doesn’t rely on accountants who might at times forget to post.
- Spearheaded digital transformation efforts, integrating innovative tools into existing workflows for improved efficiency e.g Integration of SAP B1 ERP with Banks, including KCB, Equity, NCBA and Absa Bank, for effortless and efficient payments posting into SAP System.
- Real-time integration and automation of Mpesa data with SAP B1, eliminating manual posting by accounts which will in turn save a lot of time and prevent mistakes.
- Integration with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Electronic Tax Register Systems using the Online Version and Offline Version of TIMS and eTIMS with SAP seamlessly. Once an Invoice or Credit Note is done, it is sent to KRA Servers, and we get response back from KRA with data and the QrCode which we store in SAP and ensure its available on print outs.
- Implementation of a loyalty points system to incentivize customer purchases, with points earned and current customer points displayed on invoices and cash sales. This entices customers to make much more, bigger and repeat orders. It also enhances customer satisfaction, boosts customer retention, and creates a very competitive advantage outmuscling the competitors.
- Automated calculation of withholding tax on invoices and integration with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) for seamless tax payment allocation. When an invoice is done it automatically calculates the withholding tax of the customer and shows the withholding amount which guides the accountant, on the actual invoice balance and pending withholding tax payment, when conversing with customer on pending payments. Once a customer makes payment, on a daily basis, an accountant downloads the template from KRA site and uploads it to SAP B1 which will auto allocate withholding tax payments allocated to specific invoice to the respective customer.
- Developed Post Dated Cheques Management System Within SAP: B1 System tracking of post-dated cheques and their maturity dates for accurate balance management and accounts can easily identify a specific invoice whether the balance is a postdated cheque pending or balance pending and can view the list of pending postdated cheques at any given time and the date of maturity.
- Developed a Customer and Supplier Gate pass System. Systemic vehicle numbering and management for efficient loading and offloading. Once vehicles come into the yard, they are allocated a specific number and informed how many vehicles are ahead inline before they are loaded or offloaded and are alerted once their vehicle is ready to be served.
- Developed Warehouse Stock Alignment. Systematic alignment of stock locations in warehouses to expedite loading and offloading processes whereby loaders and off loaders are informed on the specific location of the items in the warehouse up to the specific bin location to offload from or load from before they start loading or offloading.
- Increased productivity for end-users by developing user-friendly system interfaces and streamlining processes.
