- Developed a digital data collection tool to be used for valuation inspections that created ease in data retrieval, data storage and data analysis.
- Successfully undertook over 1000 detailed valuation computation for affected assets along the project affected area in accordance with the provisions of the law governing wayleave acquisitions both locally (Land laws) and international (World Bank Policies).
- Created an asset inventory that listed all project affected persons providing details on their affected assets and awards of compensation.
- Prepared the main valuation reports for the two major proposed high voltage transmission lines with an in-depth analysis on the nature of project impacts as a result of wayleave acquisition.
- Calculated the total costs and budgets required to implement the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) process for both projects.
