- Scheduling the Board of Directors' meetings as required in the Constitution and By-Laws of Teen Challenge. Serve as the secretary of the board.
- Planning, preparing, and analyzing budgets for the Board of Directors, and appraising them of major details (not just financial), policy needs, and other major projects and developments on an ongoing basis.
- Providing monthly financial statements at each board meeting for review.
- Primary fundraiser, I plan and implement programs to raise funds for the capital and operational budgets.
- Primary spokesman for the ministry is seeking opportunities to promote the name, ministry, mission, needs, successes, and overall objectives to the Christian and secular communities.
