Clinical Cardiology: Diagnosis and management od simple and complex cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure, coronary artery disease and valvular heart disease. Management of patients in the Coronary care unit post revascularization for coronary artery diseases.

Interventional Cardiology: Conduction of catheter-based procedures such as angiography, angioplasty and stenting (PCI).

Electrophysiology: Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic arrhythmias. Implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices (Cardiac implantable electronic devices). Interrogation and programming of CIEDS, follow up and management of patients with CIEDS.

Echocardiography and Imaging: Proficiency in transthoracic and transesophageal cardiac echocardiography. Use of imaging techniques like cardiac MRI, CT, and nuclear imaging to diagnose cardiovascular conditions. Interpretation of ECGs, stress ECGs, performance and interpretation of stress Echocardiograms, contrast echocardiography and Holter monitors.

Heart failure and Cardiomyopathies: Management of acute and chronic heart failure including use of mechanical circulatory support devices. Diagnosis and management of different cardiomyopathies.

Preventive Cardiology: Implementing approaches to cardiovascular risk assessment and management, including hypertension, Diabetes, Dyslipidaemias. Implementing lifestyle changes to curb cardiovascular risk.

Research and Academia: Participation in clinical research. Implementing evidence-based medicine guidelines in management of Cardiovascular diseases.

Leadership and teaching: Developing of teaching skills and schedules. Active teaching of medical students, interns and internal medicine residents.
