•Management and enhancement of customer service.
•Marketing and engagement with Agents, Brokers, Banks and direct clients.
•Advising clients on various products offered by insurance companies.
•Dealing with and handling customer care complaints.
•Team management of a team of three.
•Advising clients on claims processes and assisting them in completing the claims form and subsequent follow up on the same.
•Guiding the renewal process and following up on them to make sure the business is retained in the books.
•Following up on outstanding Premiums for various accounts.
•Receiving and analyzing of all claims documents and forwarding of the same to the respective insurance companies for processing and liaising with the claims department for speedy settlement of the claims.
•Training of new staff.
•Preparing reports on new businesses booked and all expected renewals for the month.
•Ensuring proper maintenance of office records.

•Handling of a Branch i.e. Mombasa
