Numerous research projects have been spearheaded by me for both local and international organizations, including but not limited to the UN, bi-lateral donor agencies (USAID, DFID), and International NGOs. The positions held have contributed to the growth of my skill set and the improvement of my ability to handle diverse roles. A unique ability to steadfastly manage duties and responsibilities pertinent to the growth of a firm has been established by me, led by my strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Key highlights of my experience include the researching of dynamics linking the various layers of governance and administrative systems, the role of the political economy, and the relationship between formal and informal governance mechanisms. Moreover, expertise in the intersection of governance and security, and its implications for state-building, formative research, Monitoring & Evaluation, assessments on different themes, is brought onboard by me. Additionally, excellent communication and networking skills that have been key in the building of relationships with interested stakeholders in the research carried out by me and the sourcing of resources to fund them are possessed by me.
