Abdalle is a distinguished scholar currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Disease Control at Kenyatta University. He specializes in infectious diseases and plays an active role in monitoring disease outbreaks. His expertise also spans non-communicable diseases, environmental epidemiology, and field epidemiology. Abdalle has gained extensive field and clinical experience, having worked in various institutions, including Hargeisa Group Hospital and Royal Hospital, where he served in nursing roles. He has also held key public health positions at the Ministry of Health in Puntland, and contributed to WASH and Nutrition programs under PMWDO in Garowe. In addition, he has served as an enumerator on three separate occasions with international organizations such as UNICEF and ALIGHT. Abdalle possesses strong knowledge and practical skills in data science, geospatial analysis, and disease surveillance, making him well-equipped to contribute to evidence-based public health interventions and research.
