• 1. Coordinated implementation of the ISO standards series –(FSSC- ISO 22000, QMS-ISO 9001, EMS-14001 & OHS SM 45000) requirements at the Headquarter and satellite units across the country.
• 2. Conducted annual review, prioritization and updating of management systems using a risk-based approach, identifying priority areas, emerging risks and improvement actions to inform effective implementation and continual improvement
• 3. Provided technical support to business processes in developing and maintaining quality-assured management system documentation, including procedures, SOPs, guidelines, templates and technical reports, in accordance with applicable FSSC/ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring content was relevant to operational needs and supported effective implementation and continual improvement.
