I am a clinical officer with added advantage in managing people living with HIV/AIDS with a proven track record of providing compassionate and effective care to individuals who inject drugs (PWIDS/PWUDS). Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessment, developing individualized treatment plans and delivering prevent interventions to reduce harm and improve health outcomes.

• Management and coordination of clinical activities.
• Provide day-to-day management of PWIDs/PWUDs including patients on ART and other medications.
• Organize patients follow-up in collaboration with CBO for defaulter clients.
• Provide clinical care to patients from diagnosis, treatment and timely referrals where needed.

• Preparation and reviewing of SOPs.

• Actively participating in medical awareness campaigns i.e. World AIDS Day, IDADA, Cervical cancer awareness month.
